Return Policy

We at Scented Potions are happy when you are happy. Hence, we accept returns with free shipping. We stand behind our beauty products and want to make sure you're always satisfied. If not, our team will make your exchange or return process easy and seamless.

All you have to do is return the items within 30 days of your purchase. Only products purchased on scentedpotions.com may be returned for a full refund in that 30-day period. Kindly contact our Customer Service department at +1 954 907 9408 or via email at we-care@scentedpotions.com and request an RA reference number and a return shipping label. Products cannot be returned without this number.

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Returns will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive your items. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase.

Items purchased at one of our retail partners, either online or in-store, must be returned directly there. Please find their return policies on their respective websites.

Please note that original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Your refund will be processed for the price of the product (minus shipping) and will be credited to the original form of payment.
